  • Strategy: Positioned Evelyn’s Vanity as a skincare and wellness brand and an intentional practice of generational healing, honoring Evelyn Anderson’s legacy of entrepreneurship. Framed “Self-care as Strategy,” showing how wellness products can support resilience, restoration, and sustainable success.

  • Operations: Designed and launched product lines of skincare, candles, and wellness gifts with cohesive branding and packaging. Built e-commerce systems for online sales, fulfillment, and seasonal promotions, ensuring the customer experience feels both luxurious and accessible.

 

  • Wellbeing: Anchored the brand in the principle that beauty is healing and care is legacy.   • Wellbeing: Provide ongoing mentorship and practical coaching to nurture Bigg Cuzz’s entrepreneurial confidence, resilience, and business growth mindset. Supported the founder in setting boundaries, managing stress, and building sustainable routines so the journey feels rewarding, not overwhelming.

  • Strategy: Supporting CAAASA’s vision by shaping membership growth strategies, leading conference planning, and contributing to program design for key initiatives such as the Dr. Frank Wells Scholarship, Leadership Academy, and CAAASA Cares. Helped refine messaging and stakeholder engagement to expand CAAASA’s statewide impact.

  • Operations: Develop timelines, checklists, and systems to manage conferences, board and staff meetings, and other operational processes. Coordinated team workflows, managed vendor relationships, and produced promotional materials, registration strategies, and program books to ensure every initiative ran smoothly and professionally.

Chef Rayven, LLC – 

From Home Kitchen to Pop-Up Success: A Young Entrepreneur’s Culinary Journey​

  • Strategy: Helped define Chef Rayven’s brand, story, and culinary niche, highlighting her passion for baking and her commitment to community.

Indiana Council on Educating Students of Color (ICESC) –

  • Strategy: Partnered with ICESC to clarify its statewide role as a convener for educational equity. Supported visioning and messaging for events, funding proposals, and coalition-building including landmark convenings and collaborative partnerships.
     

  • Operations: Designed and implemented systems for event planning, stakeholder communication, and follow-up. Developed onboarding flows, digital assets, meeting agendas, and grant reporting tools ensuring ICESC’s work is structured, trackable, and built for sustainable growth.
     

  • Wellbeing: Modeled purposeful, Spirit-led leadership and provided trusted, values-based partnership to ICESC’s executive team.
